Very nice and clean hotel near Utsunomiya Station. Ideal for a short trip to Nikko. Check-in was very easy since it was done via a "Self-Check-in machine". If anything didnt work out, the staff was very nice and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. This property is very near to the train station and a mall (with supermarket). Room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They have coin laundy and microwave at 1F with free cold/hot water and ice! Value for money! highly recommended for travellers.

Just a minute walk from Utsunomiya central station. Really easy access. Lots of places including restaurants and bars are in the walking distance and a perfect place as a base. Staff members were very much friendly, nice and polite. Breakfast was also very nice.

The breakfast was exceptional. My spouse likened it to having breakfast at your friend's home. Staff was efficient and the choices were plenteous. All in all, an excellent start to the day.

Just outside of Utsunomiya station with everything you would need right around the hotel. Excellent service from the staff and a free breakfast in the morning.
